My Bliss.

Welcome to my blog. Finding balance between  photography, family and everything in between.

Visiting the Farm...

As I mentioned in a few posts back we took an afternoon to go scouting for a location for Lily's one year session.  We are waiting until she is walking so we have it booked for this July to give her plenty of time to get it mastered.  I have a really good friend and fellow photographer who will be flying in to photograph part of the session as its a bit difficult to take our own family photos.  I am so excited for the styling I have planned for the session. No spilling the beans yet but its going to be fabulous pending my daughters cooperation.  And we all know how much she just "Loves" having her photo taken <insert sarcasm here>.  It will be fun though and I believe the funny faces of my little Lily are entertainment for a few of my readers :)  So either way...it will be perfect.  During our scouting we found the perfect farm we will be using this July and we tested a few of the spots.  You can see just how Thrilled Lily is with mommy taking her photo.  Hopefully July will be better...and I might have to give up on some of the shooting and just be mommy.  She can flirt with the photographer instead of glare! ha ha. Here is a random assortment of photos from the visit to the farm.  I needed to start with the pig. Yes the pig.  It was the hugest...fatest pig I have every seen! Goodness!  But why I am posting is I want you to admire how well behaved the pig was. He posed for his photo and even gave me his best smiles. Good Piggy...Please teach Lily :)
