I FINALLY FINISHED IT! Wahoo!!!! I have been working on this scrappy quilt for two years. So for me this was a Huge accomplishment to start out the year 2105. It was awesome sitting with Dan and he actually remembered what was made with a lot of the pieces of fabric. Proving to me how a scrap quilt can be a quilt full of memories and honestly makes the entire process so worth it. I pulled the pattern from a book called Sunday Morning Quilts. I really LOVE this book. Its full of inspiration for fun scrap projects and quilts. Im already planning my 3rd one from this book (yes 3rd....I made my first scrap quilt a couple years ago). Here is the finished piece:
And now what to do with it? My sister was already fighting for it. ha ha ha. Auction it to the highest bidder? Add it to my quilt hoarding closet? hmmmm.....LOL
